At Heavenly Treasures and Gems we provide ourselves on excellent Customer Service and therefore have outlined our Terms and Conditions of Sale should you wish to order.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
At the time of picking should the order be out of stock we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment card. Before a refund is issued you will be notified by email and offered an alternative, should one be available.
We do not offer goods on sale or return.
All orders come with free standard UK delivery using the Royal Mail service. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, however at busier periods (Oct-Dec) this may increase.
The delivery will be attempted twice, failure to receive the goods on both attempts will result in the goods being returned to the Seller and redelivery will be at the Buyers expense.
No estimated delivery dates will be given by Heavenly Treasures & Gems and therefore the Seller shall not be held responsible for any expenses, losses, or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company should the items be delayed.
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by e-mail to , or by using the Contact Us page on the website).
For items to the value of £15 sale price before VAT, excluding silver jewellery items, we request photographic evidence of any visible faults instead of a return. We request that any damaged silver jewellery items be returned to us as a 2nd Class large letter.
We will check products returned as faulty. If the fault is verified, we will replace the item within 5 working days at no additional cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage costs incurred by the return. If, for any reason, we are unable to replace the item (for example, due to discontinuation of a product), you will be offered a choice of a substitute alternative product or a refund for the faulty item.
For items over £15 sale price before VAT, please contact us via email at describing the type and extent of the fault and we will advise you how to proceed.
In the event the faulty goods you have returned are found not to be faulty, you will be notified in writing. You will receive a refund or an offer of a replacement for the original goods, however we will ask you to cover the delivery charges, and no return delivery charges will be refunded.
For returns of heavy, courier delivered items with visible fault(s) and of the value of over £150 sale price, we can, upon request, despatch a replacement item and arrange a courier collection of the damaged item at the same time (please note this is only available in the circumstance that the recipient will be available at the address to pass the faulty goods to the courier).
Payment is made at the time of the order. We accept cash, credit card or paypal.
Once we receive your order your information is stored such as your Name, Address and Email Address. We use this data solely to create an invoice and for the postal address to send your order to you. We have no access to your payment details. We use an encrypted site and all your card details are kept secure. Never continue with your payment unless you see a closed safety lock alongside the web address.
We do not use your data for any marketing purposes or share any of your details with any third party.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (either by e-mail at or by using the Contact Us page on the website) within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive the item back, a refund will be credited back to you within 30 days, to your original method of payment for the item.
You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost, and they should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new'. It is recommended that you use a track and trace system, for extra security to ensure safe delivery as no refund will be issued until Heavenly Treasures and Gems has safely received the item back at their warehouse. No item, no refund.
The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website and withdraw goods from the Website at any time, due to unavailability from supplier.
Some items come with a shelf life and this information is listed on the labels of the products you purchase. For example bathroom products like Bath Bombs and Soaps have a 12 month shelf life whilst Oils have a expiry date of 6 months after opening.

Heavenly Treasures and Gems cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse.
This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. A contract is created when purchasing goods from heavenlytreasuresandgems.com.
Under no circumstances will any liability exceed the original price charged for the purchases made from Heavenly Treasures and Gems.
Heavenly Treasures and Gems cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with heavenlytreasuresandgems.com you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and therefore bound by them.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
